It came with an 85% charge so I tried it out. Worked ok the BP is not correct and the other readings are suspect the sleep portion seemed to work good. I bought it so I would have a wedding ring again and it looks good. But it needed a charge and has been on the charger now 2 days and it does not charge up. The directions indicate there are batteries in the unit and it will turn green when they charge it was plugged in for a few days while I wore the ring did not turn green.EDIT: Seller emailed me with help. I had to take part of the charger out and it worked. Solved the charging issues. I am very impressed with the customer service this vendor/seller gave me.EDIT: I followed the instructions from the seller and it got harder and harder to charge. Sadly it looks great but does not function. I would buy another model but wonder if will work.
