Our son loves this watch. When it broke (where it charges) he was so sad but the company was very easy to deal with and sent a replacement very quickly.Works great! No clue how much you have to charge similar watches but it appears to not last a full day for my son. Not a huge deal he is 7 and I dont want him playing on a watch rather than playing outside and being a kid.The first month the watch worked great, then it won't even hold a charge for one day. The company recently got in touch with me and offered to replace the watch for free. My daughter is so happy to have a working watch again.Broke within a month n a half grand daughter is so upsetI had a small issue with my watch, they resolved it immediately and to my satisfaction.I am very happy with their service, great experience.My daughter Was very excited to receive this watch. However several times we charged it overnight and for 24 hour periods but the charge didn’t last.After little over a month this watch no longer charges up. Not worth it. What a waste.This fit bit broke within six weeks of purchase which was two past the date Amazon would allow a return.
