The ring came packaged very nice in a small box and, on time. Sizing is important so make sure you measure the finger your going to wear it on. This ring does exactly what the ad says It will do. It's a very simple app that's easy to understand. This ring doesn't do all of the stuff that the expensive ones do. The only adjustments you can do are weights measurements, and time between measuring your heart rate. It will measure your sleep and give you a full report.And that is really the only reason I wanted this ring. As long as it continues to function, it'll work for me for the price. I don't like wearing my watch to bed.So that's why I purchased the ring. You want something that doesn't do all the fancy stuff?I highly recommend this ring.
