Customer service responded in about 4 hours through email on some concerns I had. I pay for the basic plan, and for what I’m paying for it’s a decent product. I had some trouble with the gps not showing exactly where the car was parked last, and they said that they’ve since made adjustments to the tracker. Pretty thorough communication. Their app has a “mailbox” for customer service, but it’s a one-way line. They contact you through your email afterward. I thought they were unresponsive and left a 1 star for it. Now that I know that their mailbox icon is not a 2 way communication, I’m okay with service. I’ll give 5 stars instead of ….3.7 if it can accurately and consistently show me where the car was last parked. That’s the whole reason for the product.
