Returned the product within one day of receipt. I am an avid ifit Vue user and I purchased the Duo thinking that it would be more advanced and better for tracking since it's a brand new product. The watch itself is very large and heavy. Definitely cannot be worn all day every day, at least by me. I am a small/medium frame woman and the watch overpowered the size of my wrist and was extremely heavy. I liked that it offered analog and digital faces, however, you have to physically turn the watch face/base around as the analog is on one side and the digital is on another. This was a disappointment. I feel like over time the constant tugging and pulling on the band to reverse the watch will cause it to break. This is larger than that apple iwatch which I was also contemplating but decided on the Duo. I currently wear the ifit Vue which is a wonderful product. I like the sleek design of the Vue and will continue to wear it. I don't think the Duo offers anything that the Vue doesn't other than the option of having a watch instead of a tracker on your wrist.Great idea...if it worked consistently! Very disappointed.Super heavy. No heart rate tracker. If I could return it I would. Not worth it.Too big and clunky for a fitness watch.Returned it arts wearing it for 1 day.My son bought this item for me. However when I received it the digital display was very different to what was advertised. Instead of a bright white display as shown on the website the display was very dull with a green backlight. Also the display format was different to what was advertised.Not impressed.Huge glitch. The duo does not sync with the app since the latest update. Duo does not sync with ifit treadmill. After several attempts in contacting ifit help regarding the sync issues I realized I should have done better research on the product! Read the reviews! Don't waste your time nor money!!
