This ring is awesome! It was very easy to set up with the app. The weight and comfort band makes for a very comfortable wear. It's for a handy little dot to scroll through the time, your steps, o2, battery display, sleep timer, and heat rate. It also has a really neat addition which is using your finger to scroll on your device without touching it, although I haven't mastered that yet and it scrolls really fast.I bought the smallest size, which was 8 and I was worried that it wouldn't be snug enough to have accurate readings. My ring size is a 6. But I was pleasantly surprised that it fit well.I was going to wear it on my middle finger but I noticed that if my other fingers rub up on that little touch sensor it scrolls through all your settings and it wore the battery down. So I switched it to my pointer finger on my left hand and that solved that problem.It came with a charging cord and it also came with a charging case. Having that case charged already, you can take your ring off anywhere and charge it.I wanted to really see if there was a difference between my smart watch and my smart ring. And I have to say the ring out performs my smart watch. The pulse rate and step counter and sleep monitor is by far more superior and more accurate.I highly recommend.UNLESS you work in construction or a job where you use your hands for your trade like electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc you can possibly damage the ring. There's a lot of electronic components that could get damaged if you accidentally hit your hands on something.Personally I haven't done any experiments with it to see how it holds up while doing those types of jobs but it's not "military grade" Like you'd see in smart watches.
