Bought this but couldn't work out how to get it online. After struggling with the info and procrastinating over contacting help I found I could get help via WhatsApp and wouldn't need to ring China! The advisor, Suki, was very helpful and patient. We managed to work out that the supplied sim card was faulty. I had intended to subscribe to their service so then bought a pay as you go from Lebara (which uses Vodafone network) for £5 pm. The tracker then set up perfectly and seems to be working fine. I haven't tested it with moving vehicle etc. So far all seems good.
