Tracker works well. I'm not looking for precision, though...I'm looking for a motivator to exercise more and improve my sleep. And it does exactly that. I used to have a Fitbit, which stopped working well because Fitbit stopped supporting my Android phone, and their customer service's only solution was for me to buy a new phone. I was not interested in upgrading my phone just so my tracker worked. I stopped wearing a tracker for a few years.I bought this tracker in March to track my steps on a European vacation, and I like it so much, I continue wearing it to work toward my health goals. This tracker is affordable, the right size, and has a bunch of functions that my Fitbit didn't have. Recently, it stopped syncing properly with my phone app. Engerwell support was quick to respond (same day), helped me get my tracker working again. They went above and beyond to make me a happy customer, even 4 months after I bought the tracker. That's worth a lot to me.
