I am pleasantly surprised at how well this tiny device works! It’s the size of a matchbox but slightly smaller and more cuboid. I had it up and running within the hour, device fully charged from the box, using the SIM card provided. I switched the backplate to the magnet version provided and it’s powerful!The app is so clear and easy to use, the GPS markers are scarily accurate. I would say, don’t expect the tracking to be smooth if you watch it in real-time, you can only rely so much on outside signals. The stop points are accurate! With the SIM provided I couldn’t use the audio recording feature so have had to switch it out to a GiffGaff sim card and it still works great for tracking in the app still, with the help of the customer service rep Suki, via Whatsapp, she helped clear that up for me in a jiffy. Very good, patient, friendly and swift communications from her, she put my mind at ease with any questions I had for her. If you’re looking for a discreet way of tracking your vehicle but don’t want to break the bank, this device is the one!
