The ring itself for the money is fine. It's handled day to day life including weight lifting with only minor cosmetic scratches.The issue is the app. The sleep info is ok, shows relatively the same time of sleep as my Fitbit but no where enough detail. Like the difference between Deep and Rem sleep. The graphical display is not very clear either. It doesn't record HR throughout the day only when you ask likewise with the SP02. You can record exercise if you tell it via the phone.It was useful as an experiment to see if I can get on with a ring instead of a wrist strap which I can. But apart from that it is basically a basic sleep overview and step counter. Which I guess to be expected at a 10th of the cost.
